4 Wanted Persons Nabbed by Cadiz City Police
Four wanted persons were arrested in separate police operations of Cadiz City PNP in the City on Wednesday.
The suspects were identified as Ramil Espina Flores, 38, married, construction worker, of Purok Housing in Barangay Banquerohan; Ricky Caracas Laurente, 45, widow, driver, and Felix Villanueva Peña, 49, married, both of Hacienda Canibungan in Barangay Luna; and Tirso Mercado Flor, 36, single, of Seawahon III, Barangay VF Gustilo, all in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Flores was arrested around 5:00 p.m. at his house for violation of R.A. 7610.
Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of Regional Trial Court, Branch-60 issued his arrested warrant dated September 5, 2016 and recommends P80, 000 for his temporary liberty. He is considered the No. 6 most wanted in the City.
Laurente and Peña were also arrested in Hacienda Canibungan in Barangay Luna, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday by joint police elements of Cadiz City PNP and 1st Mobile Company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion-18 under the direct supervision of Police Chief Inspector Jason Mangilimutan for theft.
Judge Joanne Frances G. Nifras of Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued their warrant of arrest dated August 14, 2017.
The Court recommended P3, 600.00 bail bond for their temporary liberty.
Flor, on the other hand, was arrested in Villa Cristina, Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday for concealment of deadly weapon. His warrant of arrest was issued by then Judge Rolando Ramirez of MTCC dated January 25, 2000.
The Court recommends P2, 000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.*
