Ayalin Informant is Richer by 800K

The informant who leaked the whereabouts of fugitive Noel Ayalin’s may claim the reward of P800, 000 soon, Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office OIC Provincial Director SSupt. Milko Lirazan disclosed.

The informant may claim the reward after Lirazan issued a certification.

The informant’s identity is being withheld by police authorities.

Enrique Pinongan, Provincial Administrator, also disclosed the check is now being processed by the Treasurer’s Office.

In two homicide cases, AYALIN PLEADS GUILTY

Former Barangay Captain Noel Ayalin of Brgy. Kapitan Ramon in Silay City pleaded guilty to the charge of two counts of attempted homicide at the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) after arraignment yesterday morning at the Hall of Justice (HOJ) in Silay City.

MTCC Judge Eunice Guance immediately read the decision to Ayalin for 3 months "arresto mayor" to maximum of prison correctional with a minimum of 1 year and 6 months imprisonment for each case at the Special Intensive Care Area (SICA) of Bacolod City District Jail.

The complainants were Jeffrey Latorgo, Ayalin’s godson and Joemarie Occeña. Both no longer ask for indemnity against the suspect ,claiming they are already satisfied with the decision.

Ayalin was assisted by the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) legal counsel, Atty. Maria Lico, whom the judge sought and assigned to Ayalin.

Meanwhile, Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 69 Judge Felipe Banzon deferred the arraignment of Ayalin to June 9.

A Remorseful Ayalin Wants to ‘Rest Now’

Fugitive former Barangay Captain Noel Ayalin of Brgy. Kapitan Ramon, Silay City wants to rest now as he was already arrested for his crimes.

Ayalin who first refused to be interviewed allowed selected media outlets to get his side without asking him how the crime happened.

But one thing, he said, he did not resort to shooting if only he was not shot first. He did not elaborate further.

Ayalin Well-Guarded in Silay PNP Jail

Former Barangay Kapitan Ramon Captain in Silay, Noel Ayalin who is accused of killing four barangay officials and injuring several others last March 6, 2011, arrived with his captors Saturday afternoon in Silay City.

Ayalin was immediately detained at Silay PNP jail with maximum security.

Fugitive Ayalin Finally Captured

Long-wanted Noel Ayalin, the former barangay captain of Kapitan Ramon in Silay City who massacred four barangay officials while they were holding a meeting on March 6, 2011, was finally captured yesterday afternoon.
