Invitational Volleyball Game Rocked Bacolod

STI-WNU Gymnasium was in full house as Bacolod Volleyball fans swarmed to see the games between invited teams from Manila, Ateneo Blue Eagles and Banko Perlas Spikers last August 21. Event Organizers led by Carmela Arcolas-Gamboa received a lot to ticket reservations even before the tickets have gone out for printing and sales. “Bacolod was crazy over the games and has a strong following in Volleyball”, Gamboa added.

Bigger And Exciting Greg Gasataya League Before The Year 2017 Ends

The past years, the Bacolodnon’s had been looking for a league where they can identify themselves and that is where We drew the idea of coming up with the Congressman Greg Gasataya Basketall League. The said tournament was staged at the STI-WNU Gymnasium and has gathered humongous crowd rooting for their respective teams.

Magsaysay Flyover Passable by November: Gasataya

During his 365 Days Report, Bacolod City Congressman Greg Gasataya presented priority projects that are currently being done and one of these is the flyover at Magsaysay-Araneta which is expected to be finished by November. The solon says that the flyover project was conceived when he was still Vice Mayor of Bacolod City when a request for a memorandum of agreement between the City and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), as Gasataya was then the Acting Mayor and soon enough the project started during his term as Congressman.

Kite Maker Thanks Solon for Burador Revival

Crispulo Rosales had been a kite maker since the ’80s. He had been most of the time champion of contests and had been in several places just to fly his kites. Recently, after Congressman Greg Gasataya led the first Burador Festival at the NGC grounds, Rosales was once again on his groove to produce more kites with various designs.
