A public hearing on declaring every 18th day of June in Bacolod as a Special Non-Working Public Holiday to be known as Bacolod’s Charter Day, will be held at 9:00 a.m. today, November 9.

Councilor Jun Gamboa said the hearing is on the proposed House Bill No. 5875, known as “An Act Declaring the 18th Day of the Month of June of Every Year a Special Non Working Public Holiday in the City of Bacolod to be Known as “Bacolod City Charter Day”.

The hearing on the bill filed by Congressman Greg Gasataya of the Lone District of Bacolod, will be held today at the 2nd Floor, Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Bacolod Government Center.
