Medical Mission In Minoyan, Murcia
A total of 323 residents of Barangay Minoyan in Murcia were beneficiaries of the free medical and dental clinic recently conducted by the Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (LRWC), Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation and the office of Congressman Alfredo Benitez, Third District of Negros Occidental.
The Minoyan Medical Mission team lead by Regina Benitez of LRWC, BBBFI’s Mary Ann Dino and Murcia Coordinator Sonia Macapagal, with beneficiaries.*
Providing services are Dr. Raymund Maguad, Dr. Victoria Mercurio and Dr. Margarita Aparra. Staff of the LRWC, BBFI and the Congressional District Office assisted by Barangay Health Workers, Murcia Health Office and the Murcia Police Station personnel manned the registration, pharmacy, feeding and security areas.
Leading the medical mission were LRWC’s Regina Benitez, BBBFI Exerecutive Director Mary Ann Dino and Murcia Coordinator Sonia Macapagal. The LRWC team includes Maricris Suliva, Katheryn Baluyot, Roxanne Gabriel, Mary Rose Cruz and Mylene de Mesa.
LRWC conducts year-round medical mission in various barangays all over the country as part of their corporate social responsibility. The Minoyan activity is in partnership with barangay officials of Minoyan, Murcia Mayor Andrew Montelibano and Congressman Alfredo Benitez.*
