P1-M Shabu Seized from 3 Muslims
Three alleged drug suspects from the Muslim Community in Barangay 30 were arrested by Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) City Drug Enforcement Unit ( CDEU) around 4 p.m. Monday at 2k Cellshop in Mabini Street, Barangay 40, Bacolod.
Led by Police Inspector Adrian James Albaytar of CDEU and police operatives from Police Station 6, they arrested the suspects.
They named the arrested suspects as, Nelrose Macasa Salita, 24, married, of Purok Mapalarun in Barangay 30; Rashed Didatu Tantua, 24, married, also of the same place; and Aisah Amer Milion, 19, single, of Purok Mainuswagon in Barangay 30, all in Bacolod.
Albaytar said the target of operation was Nelrose Salita who was arrested when she handed one elongated heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu in exchange of P500 marked money.
Police operatives confiscated 10 more big heat sealed sachets she was holding in her hands.
Confiscated from Tantua were seven big heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystallized substance (suspected shabu) and from Milion were four big heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu.
The confiscated suspected shabu is worth P1.5-M which is believed to weigh more or less about 150 grams at P10, 000 per gram.
The suspects are detained at Bacolod Police Station 6 and charged with violation of RA 9165.*
