ISABELA MAMBAHO HOT SPRING

ISABELA MAMBAHO HOT SPRING. Still attracting visitors, many among them suffering from skin diseases, is the Mambaho Hot Spring located at Hacienda Maytubig in Isabela town in Negros Occidental. It was originally identified as a hot spring on May 9,1956 by American scientists who came after an eruption of Kanlaon Volcano. It is a source of sulfuric water that heals body itchiness and skin allergies, among others.* (By BJ Parcon and Loem Drianno, photo by Leighton Meester)
