CENECO explains unscheduled power interruption
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) consumers connected to Bacolod-Silay 69kV Transmission Lines experienced unscheduled power interruptions on February 12, 2018, Monday.
Two of Bacolod-Silay 69kV poles went down and caused the unscheduled power outages in the areas covered by Burgos, Mt. View, Talisay, Lopez and Panaogao (Silay) Feeders.
Power completely resumed on Monday, 8:47 PM, in Burgos, Mt. View and Talisay Feeders.
Meanwhile, estimated time of power restoration for the Lopez and Panaogao (Silay) Feeders is from 12:00-1:30 in the afternoon yesterday, February 13, 2018 as CENECO is set to tap to NGCP Cadiz Substation.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons.
