Manual on Moral Transformation Towards a Drug-Free Province launched

The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and the NEGROS FIRST Federation of Ministerial Association, Inc. launched the study manual on Moral Transformation Towards a Drug-Free Province during their annual Christmas Party held at Planta Hotel and Residences in Bacolod City, yesterday.

The study manuals were distributed to 60 pastors from different towns and cities who attended the activity with their families.

According to Perfecto Marañon, Provincial Livelihood Coordinator and adviser to NEFFMA, the launching of the manual is in line with the advocacy of the different pastoral communities in Negros Occidental in sustaining and developing peace all over the province.

He added that Negros Occidental is the only province in the Philippines that gathers pastors in one purpose and advocacy.

Pastor Alberto Jusayan, president of NEFFMA expressed his appreciation to the Governor for his unending support towards the production of the manual and hopes for success on future projects.

Governor Alfredo G. Marañon, Jr. lauded the officers and members of NEFFMA for taking part in the transformation of the province and for helping instill peace in Negros Occidental.

He urged the members of NEFFMA to continue being an inspiration to the people of Negros Occ.

Coronica, Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Renante Decena, Provincial Human Resource Management Head Atty. Annabelle Palic, Provincial Consultant on Energy and Allied Concerns Engr.
