Cadiz Police Arrests Three Wanted Persons
Three wanted persons were arrested by joint elements of Cadiz Intelligence operatives; the 1st Maneuver Company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion-18 in Villa Luisa Relocation Site, Barangay Luna around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police Chief Inspector Rocky Desear, OIC police chief identified the suspects as Joemarie Delfinado Ejido, 40, married; his brothers Jessie, 37, married; and Carlos, 44, married – all of the same barangay.
The three brothers were charged with attempted murder by retired Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch-60 in Cadiz City dated May 9, 2007.
The Court recommends bail bond of P120, 000.00 each for their temporary liberty.
The three were detained at Cadiz City PNP custodial jail awaiting commitment order from the Court to the BJMP.*(CMG)
