HIGHWAY WIDENING OBSTACLE. Part of the Araneta national highway widening infront of the Manville Royale subdivision near the Tangub-Pahanocoy boundary in Bacolod is stalled. A stretch of "island" planted with Indian trees infront of the subdivision have eaten part of the major road. DPWH can perhaps explain the status of this, especially that the nearby Pahanocoy Bridge is also being prepared for widening.* (Arman Toga photo)
