In the context of the present issues on the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), the faithfuls are looking for the truth. The Prayer Vigil is an expression of condemnation of the perceived partiality and "partisanship" in the investigation and that of corruption as a whole. At the same time, it is a movement for hope that through the guidance of the Holy Spirit our government officials will pursue the common good of the Filipino people.
During the Prayer Vigil, there will be short talks on the "Three Branches of the Government and DAP," "Issues on DAP" and "Integrity, Accountability and Transparency in the Biblical Perspective" followed by the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
