Throngs flocked to SM City Bacolod over the weekend to avail of the big discounts and promos offered by all stores in the mall. At the end of store

hours last night, winners were drawn for the three ASUS Eee PCs. SM City Bacolod will contact the lucky winners and announce them to the public soon.

Meanwhile, SM City Bacolod is extending its sale for another two days. "As it is a long holiday, this is a perfect chance for shoppers to take advantage of the same great discounts we offered over the weekend," said Nep Grandea, mall marketing manager.

August 20 to 21 are official holidays, the former marking the end of the fasting month of Ramadan and the latter in commemoration of the assassination of former senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. in 1983.*
