Local News: Computer Shop Loses Cash, Valuables in Heist; Suspects Collared

A computer shop in Himamaylan City was entered and robbed by two suspects who were later arrested after they took some cash and valuables inside the said establishment at about 1:56AM, Thursday.

Police identified the suspects as Ariel Alcoba alias Aying, 18, of Purok 4, Brgy. San Antonio, Himamaylan City and his companion, James Deles, 20, also of the same place.

The suspects allegedly took one cellular phone used for E-loads amounting to P2, 500 and P1, 000 cash.

Follow-up operation led to the arrest of the suspects. Recovered from their possession was the cellular phone and P655.00 remaining cash.

They are presently detained for further investigation and filing of criminal charges in court.*
